Educational Program
ACAA SA provide an up to date and relevant program for members. Aged Care is a dynamic sector, which is regularly undergoing change, whether it be through learning and the implementation of best practice or changes in government policy. Round II Accreditation commenced in May 2002. The education program’s focus in the first half of the year therefore is on ensuring that facilities have systems in place in readiness for their audits. Other training is focused on clinical topics and other issues that have become relevant in the workplace such as workplace bullying.
